The Kasugano clinic, sometimes referred to as the Kasugano residence, is the place Sora and Haruka live in during the events of the series. It combines both a house and a clinic under the same roof.
Once owned by Sora and Haruka's grandparents,[1] the place became vacant after their grandfather's death and remained unsold. Following their parents' passing, Sora and Haruka decided to move in.
It has two entrances: a normal entrance as well as an entrance for former patients.
The rooms within the clinic are as follows: a living room, Haru's room, Sora's room, the doctor's office, a kitchen, and a bathroom.[1]

The layout of the kitchen is the one that differs the most across adaptations. The secondary door in the kitchen is located to the right of cupboards in the anime but to the left in the visual novels and manga. Additionally, some furniture and appliances are lined up along a different wall.
